- One of Australia's largest plumbing service providers was running scheduling, quoting, inventory and invoicing across five disconnected tools.
- The outcome
- Fully custom CodeIgniter + MySQL platform: drag-and-drop scheduling, quotes with approvals, inventory and fleet, time tracking, invoicing, online payments — one system.

- A wellness brand needed a bespoke store with a mix-and-match product configurator that off-the-shelf Magento couldn't handle.
- The outcome
- Custom theme + configurator plugin, plus hand-holding through payment gateway and hosting. 10,000+ units sold in year one.

- The problem
- Agencies bill clients based on time worked but can't easily show what time was spent on. Trust erodes.
- The outcome
- Built a PM system with automatic time tracking and billing that gave clients real transparency and cut invoicing disputes.

I have been an early adopter of AI-native development since Claude and Cursor were niche — and I now use them, along with OpenAI Codex, Claude Skills and Cowork, as daily infrastructure. About
Kerala roots, global work
I shipped my first line of production PHP in 2008 as a Programmer Analyst in Kerala. Since then I have built products for buyers across Australia, the US, Germany, Spain, the UK and the UAE — a decade running technology (and doubling as COO) of an Indian product company that culminated in a startup exit, a Wipro chapter, and multiple startup engagements along the way. Today I lead product for an AI-enabled SaaS out of Sweden while staying deeply hands-on with the craft. The through-line, seventeen years in: turn business problems into products, and mentor the people who build them.

What industries and integrations do you specialise in?+
Deep experience in B2B eCommerce, particularly the Australian jewellery industry, plus SaaS product platforms and field-service operations. On the integration side, I have hands-on experience with MYOB (Australia's dominant ERP and accounting suite) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, plus custom ERPs, inventory systems and payment gateways.
